At Fixwal, we want you to shop with confidence. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return within 30 days of delivery.
Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, items must be:
- Unused and in original condition
- Returned with original packaging, accessories, and all included parts
- Accompanied by your order number or proof of purchase

Return Shipping
If the return is due to an issue caused by Fixwal, such as receiving a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, we will cover the return shipping cost.
For returns due to personal preferences, including choosing the wrong size, size expectations, color preferences, or changing your mind, the customer is responsible for the return shipping cost.
After your return request is approved, we will provide the return instructions and shipping details.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order after delivery. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will work with you to provide a replacement, exchange, or refund.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the refund status.
Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
If you have not received your refund within 15 business days after approval, please contact us.
